- ANAmy NicholsMay 4, 20245.0I highly recommend Nichols Precision Builders for kitchen remodeling. Dustin is knowledgeable. Dustin redid my whole kitchen with some layout changes. I was trying to just do something without getting into the wall and he convinced me I should have the wall opened to check plumbing. I’m so glad he did because right after opening the wall he barely jiggled the pipe and it broke completely off! He knew with the age of the house and crawling underneath there would be issues I was unaware of. He gave me wise counsel about flooring so I could make the best choice for me. This older home had floor joists too wide apart so I either needed to stay away from tile because it could crack without enough support or add joists. I wanted what I wanted and he added the joists. So glad I did. It pays to have things done right from someone who knows what they are doing and tells you up front the different possibilities.
