Monica allowed us to go to their show room to see the materials up close, which was a huge help in making the decision to go with West Coast Awning. Alfred came up with a great design for the structure and Nik executed it very well. Everything came together very nicely and we are very happy with the results! Highly recommend!

They are a husband and wife team and from the initial meeting with Monika to the supervision and completion of the work by Alfred, it was a stress free experience. They carried out the demolition of the old rotting wooden awnings, hauled it away and left the backyard spic and span. At a later date, their team installed the Alumawood through 7 consecutive days, excepting Sunday, and also repaired or replaced areas of fascia. They installed a continuous ceiling with lights on a dimmer switch and several LED lights throughout the rest of the awnings. Alfred, being the nicest person you could ever meet, returned after his installation was finished and kindly made suggestions about the front of the house to another company that I had hired to replace gutters and fascia at front of house. Above and beyond the call of duty, as we say! I am delighted with the way it all turned out and highly recommend West Coast Awnings. Sincerely, Sarah B, Northridge homeowner.

When our tenant extensively damaged the retractable awning, Alfred was responsive and got the system repaired promptly and again was reasonable. I highly recommend this family owned business!
