  I want to shout out to Joel at the Carpet Factory for his help and professionalism. He made the experience, due to a flooring emergency, very easy. Joel helped us pick out a new product, placed the order and within 2 weeks we had new flooring in our kitchen and dining room. The installers, were prompt, professional and amazing when they came to our house. Thank you all so much for making a stressful situation right for us. You are all greatly appreciated!

  Beware! There seems to be lots of skullduggery Happening Here! I purchased new flooring and was given a quote upon installation they brought more flooring that I didn't required and charged me. They explained the did it for a pattern match. If they had asked me first I would have told them that I didn't want to spend $300 just to match the pattern, that I would have went as close as I could with the flooring I had already purchased. Upon speaking to the manager he seemed helpful and he reversed a fraction of the $300 extra charge bringing it down to $70 plus tax which I agreed to. When I went to go pay that bill I realied that there were more additional charges and found out during the installation the installers put my fridge and stove back without it being to my knowledge that it would be an extra charge and the salesman wanted to charge me $75. Upon me telling him that I moved out the furniture myself and they only moved it back ( just the fridge and stove)the price went down to $50 which seemed to be some strange sort of new math. When I confronted and question this the salesman went through papers saying it was in my terms and conditions but only to realise that it actually wasn't but they charged me anyway. The installers did a terrible job also with the installation that I wasn't even going to mention. The three quarter round has massive gaps at the 45° angles that I had to fix myself. When I did question the cost of moving the appliances back the two salesman played off each other and told me I got a deal because it cost $33 and tax to move each Appliance. Communication about additional charges should be key to disclose if you're running a business. But these charges remain hidden until I went to pay my bill. Sadly all these problems would have been avoided if there was clear communication and transparency. I would avoid this company at all cost and Shop somewhere that seems more reputable.

  Excellent service from start to finish! They helped us select the perfect carpet and backsplash tiles and the installers did a fantastic job. Everything looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!
