- DHDale HeysJan 23, 20265.0My wife and I hired Richard at Construction Concerns in 2022 to install new windows, including a slider and a garden window, in our home. We also had work done for my mother-in-law in 2023. The installation was perfect and clean; once they left, you would hardly know major construction had taken place—except for the beautiful, clear windows. This year, in 2026, one of our windows leaked during a major rain and wind storm. I reached out to Construction Concerns, and they promptly sent a team to assess the situation. They tested the window, identified a small issue, corrected it, and repaired the window seal as if nothing had ever happened. Needless to say, after four years of service, I am very impressed with how well they took care of us!

He advertises 100% satisfaction guaranteed, yet sold me 18 windows that don’t seal from a poor installation and faulty weather stripping from the manufacturer Anlin. When Richard was approached about the weather stripping he claimed that ‘it looks just fine’ to him. When the Anlin rep arrived they confirmed it was improperly installed and would need to replace it on every window. Richard provided subpar installation service and substandard windows. Guess you get what you pay for! I would never advise anyone to pursue Construction Concerns services as I have grave concerns about the products they represent and the installation/service they provide.
