- GHGreg HankinsAug 11, 20251.0We had our roof replaced by Roof Crafter Inc. 11 years ago and our roof looks terrible. We called them out to look at it and they have not returned my calls. We also called them out to fix the metal flashing they left sticking up after the install. They came out once and then stopped answering our calls. We had also referred them to our family who had a roof water leak. They went out 2-3 times and still didnt fix the leak and then they stopped returning their calls. I would highly recommend steering clear of this company. Terrible customer service.
