  I want to give a strong shout-out to Omar, Diego, and their exceptional team. From start to finish, their service and communication were nothing short of impressive. We chose the attic cleanup and re-insulation service, and we can definitely feel a significant difference—our home is now much more comfortable. After completing the work, we suspected possible rodent activity and reached out to Attic Elite. The team was quick and responsive, promptly scheduling a technician to address our concerns.   I can't express how grateful we are for the outstanding service we received from Attic Elite during such a stressful time. With the heavy rains hitting the Bay Area recently, we found ourselves overwhelmed with water in our crawl space, which was quite an anxious situation. Omar came to inspect our property on Christmas Eve and spent about two hours assessing the issue in those challenging weather conditions. He offered thoughtful recommendations and solutions, and we truly appreciated how he took the time to sit down with us to discuss everything in detail. This made us feel comfortable moving forward with his estimate. Given the urgency of our situation, Omar went above and beyond by rearranging his schedule. The very next day, after Christmas, Pablo and his team arrived bright and early at 8:00 AM. They communicated clearly about what to expect during the preparations, which helped put us at ease. Watching them work was impressive; they ensured our home was well protected before diving into the crawl space. It was remarkable to see four team members suited up and literally swimming in the crawl space to tackle the problem. We are extremely thankful to Omar and Pablo for their professionalism and care. Knowing that our crawl space issue has been resolved has brought us tremendous relief, and we couldn't be happier. Their support made all the difference during this challenging time.

  Well my previous post seems to be gone. Quick recap. They broke an irreplaceable family heirloom, from 1942, let my indoor cats out and refused to close my doors to prevent it from happening again. Treated me like I was unreasonable for asking to keep my pet safe. They broke my Anderson storm door, left stucco all over my welcome mat, and lied when they cleaned up the insulation from a hole behind my dishwasher. (The hole is not their fault). I asked to see the hole and they said they come get me when it was pulled out, they didn’t. Turns out it’s because they didn’t actually do it. I pulled it out and cleaned it up myself. They left me with a fire hazard insulation all over the plug! Additionally, they unplugged my freezer and all my frozen meat, meals made from scratch then frozen, dressings, even salmon from a fishing trip in Alaska, frozen the same day. Gone. They refused to call me to discuss until I posted here. Now they send me this agreement below. In order to even read the agreement I had to acknowledge that they’d send it from a different email address and if I “don’t get it” then it’s my fault? I get spam filters and all, but all they’d have to say is we sent it, not our fault. When in reality, they could just say they did and get away with it. So in order for them to give me $500 in prepaid Visa cards (why they can’t write a check for a refund is beyond me) to fix the broken items, and replace my food, I cannot have a google review and warn you, the next unsuspecting customer. They consider this to be “full and sufficient”? I cannot replace the heirloom! I had to go buy and replace parts for my door, hours of time on meal preps that were frozen. Well guess what, I cannot find the first review. So instead, I will make another one. This Must be how they keep their reviews high. Bullying the customers into signing a document and erasing the truth. These are not the “professionals” you should hire. Even after all the damage, it took my review from them to reach out, otherwise they wouldn’t have. I don’t even trust the work they did do at this point. I think I will get a heat seeking gun (cannot currently think of the name) that will show temp changes to intuit if there are still cold spots where the insulation is working. $7,000 for a headache.

  Omar, Diego and his team were all very helpful and did great work. They were in and out in less than a day leaving us with peace of mind and a much cleaner, vermin free, and better insulated attic! Thank You!

  The team was on time , very professional, clean and tidy… we got the old blown in loose attic insulation replaced, cleaned up and sanitized from a rat being up there and in the crawl space. the crawl space was also cleaned up and the vents sealed off. I was very pleased with the work done.
