  We recently had a break-in at our home, which meant a wide range of repairs and restoration work, from painting and drywall to hardwood floors, cleaning, and replacing screens. There were many different team members coming and going throughout the process, and every single one of them was kind, respectful, and professional. What stood out the most was the level of communication. The owner consistently checked in and personally stopped by to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with the work being done. That kind of attention and care really made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster for their professionalism, quality of work, and truly impeccable communication.

  I would like too give a HUGE thank you Chris Long & his team at servicemaster on my recent water issues in my basement. With water you can have major damages if not reacted in quickly !! Well because the response of the 24 hr Emergency crew responding quickly i had minimal damage too my basement. Dehumidifiers & fans were delivered installed to my house within an hour of the issue ! This saved a MAJOR insurance claim for me. The professionalism of the entire team was awesome from start too finish !! Thank you Seevicemaster team !!

  Opened a water damage claim last year in March 2025, where service master gathered both non - salvaged & salvaged items. I was at work and they retrieved 100’s of items some not even water damaged. (Poor judgement ) When I got home I asked for an inventory count and the manager said we don’t do that. I’ve been trying to get 8 items returned (that I know of, but their could be more) from their warehouse that was salvageable by management and to this day , over a year still trying to get items returned. Everytime I call it’s going to be looked into. Last time I spoke to the General Manager he ascertained my complaint will be expedited as the other 2 managers I dealt with on this claim either quit (I now know why) or fired. This is the worse customer service I have ever endured as it April 17, 2026 and I still can’t get an answer from them. Avoid Service Master at all cost if you want your entitled items back.

  We had an excellent experience with ServiceMaster Saint John. Neville and team handled our entire project seamlessly - from moving us out of our home, to removing and replacing the damaged flooring, and then moving us back again. Everything was completed on schedule, and communication was clear and consistent throughout the process. The team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with during what could have been a very stressful situation. Highly recommended. Thank you Ian and Kim.

  We had an amazing experience with Service Master from start to finish. Neville was the most attentive project manager making sure all of our concerns were looked after, going above and beyond what we could ever expect. Gary and Laura were such a great team. Gary had so much knowledge and took time to give us advice and suggestions and even spoiled our dogs with love every day he came and again before he went home. Laura’s attention to detail was much appreciated and her fun and bubbly personality made her so easy to approach. Fred the painter was quiet at first but once he warmed up to the place he was singing while he worked which we thoroughly enjoyed. Dave and Glennie did most of the tear down and were very lively and comical. And Mackenzie packed up all of our belongings and made sure they were safely transported to storage and safely returned in the end. There were also cleaners that came in but they were so efficient, I didn’t even get to meet them. There were multiple other people who were contracted out for moving, plumbing, electrical and foundation issues all of whom took the most care in getting everything repaired. Neville was amazing at navigating every single roadblock we came to with minimal delays. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Service Master Saint John, Specifically Neville and his team!
