  My husband has been putting off doing an oil change on our generator for too long, so I looked online and found Blakney electric. Travis is the technician that did the work for us. To say we are happy would be understatement. Thank you Blakney electric and thank you Travis, your gracious and professional nature is something money cannot buy.

  Generac Seems like a good idea, but consider the following: The installation cost is considerable. The assurance by the installing technician;" You will not need to touch it"!, should have included "When something goes wrong call us"! "There will be a charge"! Our unit was installed by Blakney of Riverview NB. In short order we were informed that a maintenance program was available - at a cost. Don't be lulled by the guarantee into the belief that support will provided by the installer without cost. We have experienced two failures of our unit at critical times resulting in house calls at considerable costs. Both required minimum attention and could have been resolved by telephoned advice.

  We had a great experience with Blakeney Electric. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is always appreciated. Travis was the technician who completed the work, and he was fantastic. He was informative, helpful, and worked incredibly hard from start to finish. What stood out the most was how genuinely kind he was. That level of customer service seems harder to come by these days, and it really made a difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Blakeney Electric and will definitely use them again for future electrical work.

  It's that time of year again. Travis was here the other day for the yearly check up on our Generac Generator. I cannot say enough nice things about him and Blakney Electric. Travis has been here the past 2 or 3 years now, and he always leaves our generator looking as though it was just installed. Thank you Travis, for always being so patient and kind, your professionalism is truly refreshing. I look forward to seeing you again next summer. Rita,
