  After reading the reviews, I kinda wish we had Travis through this whole process. We hired Blakney to remove the mass so we could do our siding without going around it. The service from the technician wasn't bad, however, instead of re installing the mass where discussed, they just re attached it where they felt like it and buckled the new siding. I wish people would take more care in other people's stuff instead of just thinking its another job. We received the run around from the receptionist, she advised us that we needed to get a permit from NB Power, which we did. She then sat on it for two weeks until we called to ask if they ever received it yet (thanks for letting us know!) Then she told us we needed the file number from NB power, when I called the power company to get it, the agent had no idea why Blakney was asking but gave it anyway. We provided it to Blakney and then nothing... we called to follow up and then was told we needed a down payment, ok fine, maybe ALL of this could've been told from the start (back in June). We paid the deposit and then nothing, I called to follow up and advised we had been sitting on this for a couple months, they finally made the appointment to come remove the mass in August. Now that the work is finally done and almost a month later we finally get not one but two bills with different amounts and are advised our payment is late though we haven't received a bill prior so how can it be late? We contacted them and were advised they would discuss with the team and get back to us. WHAT?! Goodness know what they are going to bill us if they don't even know what they are sending in the first place. 🤷🏼‍♀️

  My husband has been putting off doing an oil change on our generator for too long, so I looked online and found Blakney electric. Travis is the technician that did the work for us. To say we are happy would be understatement. Thank you Blakney electric and thank you Travis, your gracious and professional nature is something money cannot buy.

  Generac Seems like a good idea, but consider the following: The installation cost is considerable. The assurance by the installing technician;" You will not need to touch it"!, should have included "When something goes wrong call us"! "There will be a charge"! Our unit was installed by Blakney of Riverview NB. In short order we were informed that a maintenance program was available - at a cost. Don't be lulled by the guarantee into the belief that support will provided by the installer without cost. We have experienced two failures of our unit at critical times resulting in house calls at considerable costs. Both required minimum attention and could have been resolved by telephoned advice.
