- EMEmma MorrisonAug 25, 20265.0We had a great experience recently purchasing tile flooring for our kitchen, after months of pondering and looking around flooring options in Fredericton and at another flooring store. We actually went into Ritchies to pick up a giftcard I won on the radio and ended up speaking to Dustin Hall who helped us on the spot also find flooring for a good price and finally something we wanted. He helped us get all the mortar, grout, spacers and tools and gave us a good price and helped us pick everything out. I also had good experience in the past a few years ago I purchased laminate flooring from Alec Gregg. Thanks ! Our tile turned out beautiful.

- MAMegan AntoniukJun 19, 20261.0We had new flooring installed in summer of 2024. The products themselves were great but the service we received was horrendous. The install was done by unprofessional contractors, the work was sloppy, they damaged our walls and left an ink stain on our newly installed floor. When we brought up the issues we had with the sloppy installation, they tried to convince us that this was normal. Its not. Also, even though they had someone come out and measure before ordering, they still didnt order enough product. Between placing our order and having everything installed took months. We literally had to hunt them down to try to get them rectify the installation problems, which in the end were left unresolved because after 6 months of back and forth we just gave up trying. We were promised a credit for all the issues which never materialized. I would avoid this place, its a headache that you don't need.
