  I am giving Greenfoot Energy two stars. On the positive side, the installation was completed and the system functions as intended. Their standard process and pipeline seem well-tuned for a high volume of installations, which keeps things moving quickly. However, the quality of the execution and their post-install customer service left a lot to be desired: Property Damage & Poor Service: The installers did not seem trained or properly equipped to install through stone. They blew up a stone face on my exterior. When I tried to get them to address and replace the damaged stone, they avoided my calls and never resolved it. The customer service in handling this was terrible; it feels like I would have to sue just to get the damage they caused repaired. Crooked Foundation: The installers did not bring enough stones to properly set the foundation. Instead of doing it right, they used extra shims. While the unit is technically within manufacturer specifications, the foundation looks visibly crooked. Mediocre Exterior Layout: The cable and pipe layout on the outside wall is barely acceptable. There is a lot of room for improvement here. Had I hired a dedicated professional, to run these lines, I definitely would not have accepted this standard of work. If you decide to use them, make sure you are there to supervise 100% of the time. Because their process goes so fast, stepping away can result in a permanent mistake, such as a hole being drilled in the wrong location. I would not use Greenfoot Energy again in the future and will try another company next time. That said, looking at the alternatives, many others seem even worse. With only one other competitor on my shortlist, it wouldn't surprise me if Greenfoot ends up being the "best of the worst" in the current market, but the lack of accountability for the damage they caused makes it impossible to recommend them.

  Absolutely professional team! Raj Singh Barar came to inspect our heat pump, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He did an excellent job explaining everything and completed the inspection with great attention to detail. Highly recommend their services!

  Right on time, equipped and ready to go! Four hours later the install was complete and working. Both Bruce and Ahmed were polite, hard working and clearly enjoyed their job. Despite a torrential downpour the whole time, and soaking wet they never complained. Green foot is fortunate to have these two gentlemen working for them, they are true ambassadors for the company!

  Greenfoot came to our home to clean up our three ACs and, as expected, the service was fantastic. Noah Hagar and his colleague were both great people who provided quality work. I work entirely from home so I was worried there might be some ruckus during meetings but the guys kept as quiet as possible which I really appreciated! We also had a few issues with one of the ACs that Noah helped me with and got the missing pieces ordered on the spot. Overall 10/10 service and really nice people :)

  Big shout out to Riley from Greenfoot. He was here today to service and clean my Gridless centralized heating system and was a consummate professional from start to finish. On time, polite, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was operating exactly as it should before leaving. Excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Greenfoot to anyone.
