  We recently had our attic insulation upgraded and had a great experience from start to finish. Dylan was very knowledgeable and provided a detailed quote with no pressure. Jaskarn and his coworker completed the work efficiently, kept everything clean, and were very professional throughout the process.

  Had a mini split and air exchanger put in had Bruce and Ahmed and Matt and Leon come do the work best bunch of guys lots of laughs and very friendly. Would highly recommend this bunch any time. Thanks for a pleasant experience. Getting spray foam next . Thanks Greenfoot for having such great workers..

  Léon and Matt came by to install an HRV switch in basement bathroom. I had some extra questions about how to better dehumidify my home. They were SO very helpful. I highly recommend Greenfoot!

  From the very beginning of the project — from booking the work to having the mini split installed — the entire process with Green Foot Energy was nothing short of seamless. The team assigned to my home, Daniel and Rick from the Moncton team, were absolutely fantastic. They were kind, courteous, professional, and took the time to make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. They even spent time petting my Cane Corso and Newfoundland, which was genuinely appreciated and showed how personable they are. Emilie from Green Foot was also incredibly kind, easy to speak with, and excellent at clarifying the steps, work orders, and overall process along the way. Overall, I would recommend Green Foot Energy every single time to anyone I know. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and an all-around positive experience from start to finish.

  Initially we called someone in to check the attic for leaking as we saw a water mark on our ceiling. There seems to have been a miscommunication where he thought he was here to do a minisplit, but he was kind and accommodating. Initially we were told there was no obvious leaking and we were given a quote for insulation as it was pointed out there were several issues, including the attic hatch, ventilation and subpar insulation. He went in thorough detail and was very helpful on that front. When the team (Sylvio R. And Marlon M.) arrived to take care of the attic, they did excellent work and in the process uncovered SEVERAL areas where water was obviously leaking in and insulation/wood was wet. They ceased the project immediately and alerted us to the water, which we were then able to fix through a different company. Because of these two, our attic is now dry and well insulated and we did not end up having to do this all over again. My 5 stars is going to them for their excellent service, and for saving us the hassle of future water damage. The gentleman dispatcher was also very kind and accommodating over the phone, and Emily has been great to deal with. My sole complaint/recommendation to Greenfoot is that communication between departments/customer service and personnel could be improved as our initial problem was almost missed and covered over, which is a significant 'oopsie', and we also had to call several times to initiate the process of getting an assessment (the first time I called they said they would call back but over a week later they did not, so I had to call again and then that's when the miscommunication about the reason for the assessment occured).
