I was called twice by their staff confirming that my material order was ready for pickup. Both times, I drove to the store with my employees — taking time out of our workday — only to find out that the material wasn’t actually there. This shows a serious lack of organization, communication, and professionalism. As a contractor, my time and my crew’s time are valuable, and it’s unacceptable for a supplier to give false confirmations twice in a row. I expected better coordination from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience showed incompetence and poor management of orders. I won’t be trusting this location again for future material pickups.
