  I drive a small company vehicle and had to make an emergency stop here to get shoring that might have been pushing it on size for capacity in my vehicle. No problem for rance though. Without damaging my vehicle this guy swiftly gets these shorings into my vehicle, looking at them I thought it to be impossible but with his expertise and experience he made it look easy. Good job

  The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, they have a great selection of high-quality items to rent. Next time you need something for a project, definitely give them a look.

  Needed to tear up the grass/weeds in my backyard and wasn't going to do it by hand(shovel), so I went down to rent a sod cutting machine. The gentleman talked me into renting a 13HP Rototiller instead and I'm glad I did. Easy rental process, just showed ID and DL and good to go. The gentleman in the office told me that the price would drop to $90 if I brought it back within 4 hours. Well, the job took me 1.5 hours, which was well under what I originally thought it was going to take. Saved me so much time and the Tiller was easy to use considering I've never used one before. I'm a happy customer and will definitely be back when I need to rent machines/tools.

  We made a reservation for rental equipment, hired a crew of three workers for the day, and sent one of the workers to go pick up the equipment first thing the morning we were scheduled to work. We were told that despite our reservation, there was no equipment being held for us and whoever made the reservation shouldn't have made it in the first place. The equipment won't be available for over three weeks. Overall a complete waste of time and money for us, with no offer to rent a comparable machine for the day or to call if any equipment becomes available sooner than three weeks. I asked the customer service rep to pass along a message to the manager that we would have appreciated a call to let us know that equipment would not be available prior to the morning of the reservation. This would have saved us hiring a crew and making a trip to Napa. She said she'll "leave a note on [our] next reservation to call ahead of time and confirm the reservation." We have our fingers crossed that equipment is actually held for the reservation next time.
