I drive a small company vehicle and had to make an emergency stop here to get shoring that might have been pushing it on size for capacity in my vehicle. No problem for rance though. Without damaging my vehicle this guy swiftly gets these shorings into my vehicle, looking at them I thought it to be impossible but with his expertise and experience he made it look easy. Good job

Rent at your own risk. United is not maintaining their equipment to safely use. Rented a tilt trailer to move a forklift. Forklift was about 75% the trailers load capacity. Popped a tire on the freeway while loaded. The insurance I paid extra for does not cover tires. Had to replace a tire to equipment I don’t own. When discussing the tires condition with staff “tread depth has nothing to do with the structural integrity of a tire. “Tread is only for grip.” This is completely inaccurate and inappropriate to send out equipment that is not maintained properly. I didn’t expect this from one of the largest rental companies. When the tire company was fixing the trailer tire all he could talk about was how poor the tires were on the trailer. United is not maintaining their equipment and passing the cost of its maintenance off to the customer. It also puts people in unsafe conditions. The red on the tire depth gauge is the tires on the trailer. The green is the new tire I had to pay almost 300$ for. After a week someone at United did the right thing and reimbursed me for the cost of the tire. They even took care of the rental cost too. They agreed that the trailer should not have been rented in the condition it was in. After talking with me the representative didn’t agree with anything the yard maintenance worker was saying. He even brought up points I didn’t even think of. Tread is important on a trailer that has brakes. If the tire has no tread, they can’t grip the road while the brakes are trying to stop the trailer.

Even though this is a smaller office than the average they're always good at helping get what you need Carlos in the office and the guys outside Luis spesurely Are always so fast friendly and helpful It lets me to believe this is a good company because you don't usually get happy employees just for the heck of itI can always count on them finding what I need or taking care of equipment if it's not acting correctly overall overall awesome place great prices and fast and happy service

They told me they had a one man post hole diving machine. I drove all the way down here to find out they didn't. Com okey waste of 2 hours when trying to get a fence up.
