  Modern Method Roofing repaired our flat tar roof after a storm pushed a tree into the roof corner, just missing the home in 2024. See photo of the "repair." Unfortunately, we did not know until the next rainy season that their repair work to the fascia was not level (instead slightly sloping in the corner), and the roof has developed substantial "ponding," or a huge puddle of water that seeps over the edge instead of going to the main drain. After sending photographs and meeting in person, MMR will only do a minor correction at our expense rather than rebuilding the fascia level to prevent future difficulties. Find another roofer.

  Modern Method started out great, they seem very nice. But trying to get them to come back to fix a mistake is very difficult. They become very defensive (they say their workers are experienced and do not make mistakes). This is not good customer service. They just didn't want to come back. But after over 2 months of many many emails, I finally convinced them to come back out and yes, they found their mistake and fixed it. It took them less than an hour but they charged me 6 hours labor. So I can't say their honesty is their best suit. I hope Modern Method reads this and learns from it. I've hired many different roofing companies in my day, and I've never worked so hard trying to get a roof fixed.

  I recently had my roof and the facia boards replaced in my house. They also installed 3 suntunnels. The roof looks amazing now. The suntunnels are giving so much natural light and the best part is that one of them has a light kit so I can just use the light switch at night. The one that Mr. Nepthali installed in the bathroom comes with an exhaust fan kit. The two gentleman that came were very nice and professional. Baldomero and Nepthali were very pleasant. Also they left the area very clean. I highly recommend Modern Method Roofing.

  This Buisness has been here for a long time. They do Great and affordable work. Their office staff is always friendly.
