  I’m a General Contractor and had CSA install a metal roof on a project a few years ago. Last year the roof developed a leak. CSA sent a crew out to attempt a repair, but the fix did not resolve the issue. Shortly after, I was told they were closing their doors and that there was nothing further they could do. I then had to hire another roofing company to properly diagnose and repair the issue, which ultimately cost me about $10,000 and put me in a difficult position with my client. I recently discovered that CSA is still in business after driving past their office and seeing a new sign installed. Based on my experience, I feel I was misled and left to absorb the cost and reputational impact. I would recommend others proceed with caution.

  I had CSA replace the roof on my house. Brian was very responsive throughout the process. The crew did a beautiful job, plus I was especially glad that while they were here they were able to add an overhang onto the front of my house, which I hadn't been expecting to be done but have wanted added onto the house for awhile. The work was done on time and very little "residual presence" afterwards.
