  Big B’s is the only plumber service we use! The plumbers always explain the problem, our options and what is recommended. Add to that that they are courteous and sometimes even funny. Jose R and Elijia are our go to guys.

  Friday evening toilet started to leak, found Big B's via Google search, and was able to book an appointment online for next day service which was Saturday since they work weekends. Eliah C. was my plumber and he was friendly, thorough, and got the job done quick. He was kind enough to gave me a couple estimates for some future work I want done, the estimates will stay on my account, and I can reach back out when I'm ready to proceed, nice and easy!

  Unbelievable! This gentleman went above and beyond. He got my debrief, looked at the issues, and dove in and got the job done… and quickly. Don’t be fooled by the young face. I could tell instantly that he had experience and knew what he was doing. Such a huge relief. I had a previous local plumber wreak havoc on my shower cartridge so I was bummed but this fellow was who I should have called first. He got the job done in way more than HALF the time. Thank you.

  The technician was on time, polite, had shoe covers, looked at the issue, explained what was needed to fix it, had the parts on hand, fixed the issue, tested it to make sure it was actually fixed, showed me the work, I paid the invoice, all in about 30 mins, with little impact to my work day! Great job!
