  Eliah exceeded expectations with his professionalism, expert knowledge, and ability to track and fix a very complicated problem. I have never had such a responsible and caring service provider in any industry. I can’t tell you how grateful I am that you sent Eliah to work on our drainage problem.   Our 50-gallon water heater suddenly started leaking, and I reached out to Big B’s after finding them online. From the very first phone call, the experience was smooth and reassuring—the woman who answered was kind and helpful. Shortly after, I received a text from Ryan letting me know he was on his way. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and provided a clear and fair estimate. I had done my research beforehand, and Big B’s offered a competitive price with a high-quality brand, so I decided to move forward with the replacement. About an hour later, Shaun arrived with everything needed for the job. His work was efficient, professional, and precise. The installation was completed quickly, and before leaving, he double-checked everything and even cleaned up the area beautifully. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I truly appreciate their honesty, speed, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

  Terrible experience. A few weeks after "routine seasonal servicing" provided by Big B's, I had a fault code on my AC. After a day of trouble shooting, Big B's informed me I needed a new compressor. The technician left leaving me with a non-functioning AC. Big B's management refuted that it was their problem even though they had just recently serviced my system. I called Lucky Air and within 24 hours they identified the problem as a simple power surge. The AC was restored with a simple reset of power breakers. There was NO PROBLEM with the compressor as noted by Big B's. Further, the new technician noted the primary air filter was absolutely filthy as was the fan. Almost like no servicing has taken place in years. Hmm. It appears Big B's "servicing" was more about pitching upgrades and nothing about servicing. I foolishly spent over $1600 on a new surge protector with Big B's. And find out during their "servicing" they never identified, or even looked at, something as obvious as the filter.

  Be cautious when using Big B's Plumbing. I was having issues with a new water heater installation (Big B's Plumbing did NOT do the installation). The water heater was not getting enough gas. He charged me $226.32 to crawl underneath the house to do a visual inspection to see if he could determine what was wrong. He was under the house less than 5 minutes and said he suspected that the length of the gas plumbing was the issue and said the only way to guarantee that the issue was resolved was to replumb the gas lines of the house. To do that, I was quoted over $16000. It made absolutely no sense to me since the length of the plumbing had been a non-issue since the house was built in the early 90's. Therefore, I called out another plumber to get a second opinion. He too crawled underneath the house and within 5 minutes identified the issue. There was sediment build-up in the gas lines and only charged me $450 to resolve. On a side note, the plumber was very polite and cordial.
