  The Electrican who came over, Blake, was very knowledgable, professional and obviously takes pride in his work. He was able to quickly fix the issue and gave me a quote for another project I had in mind. He didn't try to upsell me or pressure me in any way when I told him I wasn't interested in proceeding with the other project. The price for the original small repair was very reasonable and a bit lower than I expected it to be.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Victor from Big B’s Plumbing for the outstanding service he provided during our annual A/C maintenance. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, respectful, and extremely thorough. Victor took the time to carefully inspect the system, explained what he was checking, and made sure everything was running exactly as it should before he left. What really stood out was how patient he was answering my questions and making sure I understood the condition of the unit and what to keep an eye on moving forward. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s not always easy to find technicians who combine strong technical knowledge with great customer service, but Victor absolutely delivered on both. Big B’s is fortunate to have someone like him representing their company. If you’re scheduling A/C maintenance or any HVAC service, I highly recommend asking for Victor. Great experience all around!   We just had a record breaking heatwave so you can imagine how concerning it was to find our AC not kicking on and our furnace fan not spinning at all. Big B's was easy to communicate with and had a technician out exactly when expected. Kenneth was fantastic, very professional, wonderful to work with and after making sure to properly diagnose the issue the error code on the furnace made the repairs to both to that unit and the mechanism on the condenser which caused the trip in the first place. Cold air is coming out and a stressful situation was made easy. Can't recommend Big B's enough.

  Friday evening toilet started to leak, found Big B's via Google search, and was able to book an appointment online for next day service which was Saturday since they work weekends. Eliah C. was my plumber and he was friendly, thorough, and got the job done quick. He was kind enough to gave me a couple estimates for some future work I want done, the estimates will stay on my account, and I can reach back out when I'm ready to proceed, nice and easy!
