  I had a great experience with Fuse from the first call to the completion of the job. Their estimate was very reasonable, and they took the time to find the best solution for our tricky return vent placement. The crew was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable, staying on top of everything throughout the process. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them.

  Multiple technicians from Fuse have visited my property to perform HVAC check-ups, maintenance, and heat-pump installation. Every one of them has been very pleasant to work with: - The technician who came for HVAC check-up was very patient and thorough. He really took his time, and explained everything to me clearly. We even had a nice, friendly conversation at the end. It didn't feel like he just tried to wrap up his job and get out ASAP. - Two technicians came to replace my old HVAC system to a heat pump. They came on time early in the morning for two consecutive days, and they did the work efficiently and professionally. They were very courteous, were careful with the corners when they moved the heavy equipments around, and after they were done with everything they did a nice clean-up inside and outside of the house. They showed me how the new system operates, and answered all my questions. - The phone operators and installation coordinator I got in touch with were all very courteous and professional. They always pick up my phone calls and answered the questions, or provided follow-ups in a timely fashion. Great service. Would definitely come back for their other services, and recommend this team to others.

  They replaced our old tiny asbestos ducts from the 50s with properly sized ducts and a modern heat pump system. The guys really worked hard and did an amazing job squeezing the unit into our tiny attic space. Highly recommended
