  This place is really great to deal with. I often speak with James and Paul. Very easy to deal with very clean showroom always open to giving advice. If asked they sell a lot of great products and will offer you their best deals right out on the showroom floor. highly recommend if you’re looking for flooring to go here.

  The customer service is terrible. I was in to pick out tiles. I was pointed in the direction of the sample boards. I had questions, so I stood by a group of employees that were chatting. They ignored me for the longest time until I interrupted them. I ended up ordering my tiles over the phone with James. I asked if I had extra tiles, if I could return them, and I was told that I could within 30 days with a 30% restock fee. He advised me to order a few extra just in case, and knowing that I could return them, I did. After our install, I called and spoke to James about returning the extras. First he said that I needed a receipt that he knew I didn't have (I never got one because I ordered on the phone, then had to go pick up from the supplier myself, and I didn't think to ask for a receipt to be emailed), and that it was " kind of close " to the 30 day limit. Then he said that I would have to call the following day to ask the manager. I went back to the store, it felt like there was nobody even working there. It was empty and silent. I stood at the front of the deserted store until I cautiously walked through the and located the manager, Paul, sitting at the back. I asked if I could return the extras, and he told me that I couldn't because they were "special order", by this. I explained what I was told by James, and he said that James doesn't lie. I then said that he must not have the appropriate knowledge of the rules, and he replied that he knows the policies. So he insinuated that because James doesn't lie and he knows the policies, that I was lying. He told me that he would talk to James and call me back, but he never did. I wouldn't spend another nickel at that store!
