  Several calls, texts and still was not able to get an estimate. Had an appointment and they were a no show. Seems like they’re internal communication is not good.

  I'm so impressed with RR Electric, Heating & Air. I had a dimmer switch that was buzzing and an outlet that needed replacing, and the tech they sent, Jennifer, was fantastic. She took her time explaining the issues, my options, and their costs; she was very clear and extremely knowledgeable; and after she completed the work, she showed me exactly what the issues looked like. She also set me up with quotes for future needs so I can plan for them thoughtfully. All that, and my dog (who is an excellent judge of character) liked her, too. :)

  Incredible all around. Every person I interacted with was superbly professional and real, with a great sense of humor. Brandon was extremely thorough in his inspection of my extremely old unit, communicated clearly and helped me to make the best decision for going forward with a new unit. Gary was fast and detailed with his estimate assessment, patient explaining everything. And Riley and another worker I forgot the name of, came out and installed everything within a few hours, even cleaned up after themselves. Did a complete revamp and it looks amazing. Very very happy. If only I had taken before pictures. A very respectful and top tier company on all fronts. Definitely happy I found RR and look forward to working with them in the future for maintenance and such. TEN STARS!!

  These people are great. I've used them twice now and both times the service has been fantastic. Their prices are reasonable, the office staff are great to deal with, their contractors show up on time, and they do the job right. I certainly hope I don't have problems in the future, but it's good to know that there's someone I can call if need be!

  I had an electrical problem with my A/C unit. I didn’t know who to call so googled and decided to try A&A Electrical heating and air. Best move I ever made. After an hour of crawling under the house in 90+ degree weather, Hector Mendoza, our technician, located the problem and fixed it. A real ASSEST to A&A. Very outgoing and knowledgeable. No question that I’ll be calling A&A for any future problems. Thanks, Hector
