  During the last rain storm my house had a power surge. It was a mess. Jonathan and his co-workers work long and hard to repair my 1928 home in Santa Paula. They kept me informed as the work was being done and took the time to explain the needed repairs. Each member of the team introduced themselves and all of them were very respectful. I will keep this company in my contact list and recommend them anytime someone ask for reference.

  RR Electric did an amazing job yesterday with the installation of a new tankless water heater and vent installation in a bedroom that needed to get more air flow. Ryan and Dominic were able to problem solve while ploughing throughout the day in order to complete the jobs. The end result is excellent work and service. Both were extremely professional, courteous and obviously knowledgeable. They went the extra mile for sure. Two thumbs up! I feel like I got the winning number for the electrician that was needed when I called RR Electric. First time I called them for a blown fuse. That was back in August. Jad has a fantastic work ethic and is very knowledgeable while being courteous. His professionalism is a plus too. Jad and Adam were so efficient in replacing the old panel. They did an incredibly thorough job. So happy to have the new panel. Mike did a great job on repairing the stucco and paint. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. I’m impressed by the entire office staff. They have great people skills. I want to say thank you for all of the fantastic work you’ve done for my home. I’m looking forward to having you back anytime I need RR Electric services.

  I contacted customer service to inquire about installing an electric car charger at my home. The representative was very helpful and provided a quote based on my location, which I found to be quite reasonable. Since my service appointment is still upcoming, I’ll wait to see what they recommend when they visit.

  We had the pleasure of working with Hector Ramos for our HVAC maintenance, and he was absolutely outstanding. Hector was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to walk us through the entire process, explaining what he was checking and why, which really helped us understand our system better. Not only did he service the HVAC unit, but he also cleaned it thoroughly, ensuring it was operating at its best. That extra care and attention really stood out. He also broke down all the pricing and options clearly, with no pressure—just honest information so we could make the best decision for our home. It’s not often you come across a technician who combines genuine customer care with such strong technical expertise. We truly appreciate the service and will definitely be requesting Hector again in the future!

  We had RR install a new furnace, AC and electrical panel when we were in the process of moving into a property whose systems had not been updated since probably the 1970s. The team did a fantastic job and were done within the course of a day. José on the electrical team installed the new electrical panel and came by to do follow up to ensure that everything was working and up to code - including things that they had not installed in the first place, like the Smoke Alarms. No one ever tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t need, even when they had suggestions for items we might want to consider in the future. A very positive experience. Originally came recommended form a friend who had needed emergency service on their AC and had had a great, very timely experience.
