- CHChris HooperOct 23, 20251.0Negative 10 stars....... Do better United Rentals. We had a reservation for (15) Light Towers for Very Large Church Community Event. We submitted our reservation over two months in advance and the week before I was called and told that they overbooked the light towers and gave them away to their "priority customers" who spend more money with them. Why even bother making a reservation then to receive a conformation your reservation is secure if this is what this company does to people depending on their services.

NOW, I CAN'T even go rent from somewhere else until they reverse the charge. Common sense, ain't so common & neither is customer service! Way cheaper & better rental companys out there! Won't be back again.
