- CHChris HooperOct 23, 20251.0Negative 10 stars....... Do better United Rentals. We had a reservation for (15) Light Towers for Very Large Church Community Event. We submitted our reservation over two months in advance and the week before I was called and told that they overbooked the light towers and gave them away to their "priority customers" who spend more money with them. Why even bother making a reservation then to receive a conformation your reservation is secure if this is what this company does to people depending on their services.

I came to rent a simple ladder and I had to wait 35 minutes for them to serve me, and it wasn't that there were so many customers, it was because the person who was going to give me the ladder still hadn't arrived.
