As an automotive enthusiast and customer service veteran these guys truly deserve this review. I've been after a sunroof gasket for my '85 4Runner for well over a year. I've been told a dozen times to seal it up, which is a hard pass. My next step was DIY, but if I couldn't find anything I felt confident using, I knew Don's would be my only option. Today their sales rep happened to come in to my dealership looking to help us with glass needs. We've briefly exchanged info and within a couple hours the Modesto store manager was contacting me trying to help me find it! Great service honestly. They'll be replacing my windshield tomorrow and hopefully my sunroof gasket soon! 🤞🏻

- KKKJul 9, 20251.0Recently had Don's Mobile Glass install glass for a custom shower at our home. Although I am satisfied with the finished product I am extremely disappointed with the process. Due to a recent holiday and family coming from out of town we had a very tight time to complete the work. I got quotes from 3 local custom glass companies and Don's Mobile Glass was double the othe 2 companies for an expedited install but promised that they could do the job within our time frame! The glass when it came out was cut wrong! With only a couple of days before all our family arrived they again promised that they would make the glass company cut another piece and complete the install before we had a full house, they didnt! They showed up a week later the day before all our guests were leaving and with the exception of an apologetic installer we never heard from the management, was offered any compensation or even an explanation of what happened!! As a contractor myself this is unacceptable and I will NEVER use or refer Don's Mobile Glass ever again!!
