FIRST OF ALL THE ORDER WAS PLACED INCORRECTLY, INTERIOR WAS ALL MIX AND MATCHED. In the middle of my order fulfillment A NEW VENDOR was integrated because there was so much issues with the previous one, AND THEN THE MATERIALS WERE STILL MIX AND MATCH. This started in March and by September I was STILL having to contact customer service in TENESSEE DAILY AND MULTIPLE CALLS, ( they are great at ignoring calls or messages) to have them tell me that I was getting a REFUND per BRITTANY for the Delay and POOR QUALITY OF our mixed and matched Cabinets. Our COUNTER TOP WAS SET SO THEY couldn’t take them back but offered a REFUND FOR ALL LOWER CABINETS!! SO after WAITING FOR 6 MONTHS I wanted my kitchen to be completed and agreed to take the “refund.” FAST FORWARD TO TODAY AND AFTER CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAILY EMAILS I WAS GIVEN A MEASLY $500 STORE CREDIT!! When I was promised a REFUND WHICH WOULD BE A FEW THOUSAND! This company is a MEDIOCRE!! They say ANYTHING TO Persuade YOU AND THEN FAIL to comply with WHAT IS PROMISED!!
