- KKKM KMNov 16, 20221.0Do NOT purchase from Cabinets To Go. First, the store manager is awful. Shauna told me my design could not be done. She kept ignoring different aspects of my design via email and kept sending me the same wrong design. She also yelled at me on the phone when I called and expressed my frustration with the design process. I then worked with someone else and guess what? She managed to do exactly what I asked for. She spent a good amount of time with me and made everything work. She is no longer working there, however. On top of the design issues and rude manager, I have been waiting for a $15k order for over 5 months. It's now delayed yet another month to December, if it even comes. They have refused to provide any compensation for the extreme delays. No extra discount. Not even an extra pull out shelf. Absolutely NOTHING. Have they kept me updated on the delays and apologized for the inconvenience? NOPE. I have to email them to ask about the delay when the delivery date comes and goes yet again. I have been in limbo, unable to do anything for months. It's a good thing I didn't rip out my kitchen in July when I thought they would be delivered soon. The customer service is awful. Save yourself the time and headache and go anywhere else.
