  Jeri-Co installed our new garage doors about 5ish years ago - we were very happy with the price and quality of service we received. Fast forward to this week and our torsion spring broke, which is understandable given their service life. I messaged Jeri-co to replace it, expecting the same competitive pricing and service. Here in Napa, pricing seems to be around $300-350 for that job. We were shocked when we were given a bill for $500 and were told that the price included “servicing” both of our garage doors - one of which is fixed in place (how does that get service?), the second of which was recently serviced and didn’t need anything. The entire process including “service” took 20 minutes. To me this is a lack of integrity and it’s disappointing to see from a company I’ve referred others to in the past. I reached out to Jeri-co to see if they would make this right before posting this and didn’t receive a response.

  We were very happy with Kurtis and his team at Jeri-Co. They responded quickly to take down our old door, removed all the old hardware and hauled it away. No muss, no fuss. Then in a few days, their crew came and installed a new metal garage door. And made sure it worked with our garage door opener. They were very polite and friendly and got the work done quickly. We’d highly recommend them.

  We could not be more happy with Trenton and Jeri-Co garage such excellent service! Quick response when we were in a bind, couldn’t be more thankful! Have used them before and will definitely use them again! Highly recommended!

  Installed a New Door. These guys we're fast & professional. Nice we guys. Pricing was very competitive. Definitely, recommended these guys. They do work thru Home Depot, also. If Home Depot trust them, that's a pretty good recommendation. Anytime there's a bad review without reason, doesn't count in my book.
