I was looking for a specific Price-Pfister ceramic shower valve cartridge that none of the local big box hardware stores seemed to carry (go figure). I called Ferguson, and they not only knew exactly which cartridge I was looking for, but they also had several in stock. When I arrived at Ferguson they had the cartridge waiting for me at the checkout counter. The price of the cartridge was even lower than the price at the big box store would have been, had they had the part in stock. Now that is what I call customer service. I definitely recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply for all of your plumbing needs.
