- SKSrinivas KatukojwalaApr 14, 20241.0Guys, don't get fooled by the price increase. They are really increasing the prices for these houses left/right and it is uncontrollable. Within 15 days they increased $49500 on one of the models. I exactly know how mouch friend paid for the home who bought just 15 days ago. They tell you that every third home they sell it they are increasing the house price by $7500 but it is not the case, I can see that they are increasing the price for every 3 customer or less. When I ask about why they increase the price by so much they are telling all kinds of stories. I am sure lots of people are looking for investment homes but these home are not for that, you literally need to buy to stay there. I would believe them if I see factual data. Just be careful.
