  I can’t say enough good things about Peter! Our water heater gave out and I was dreading the hassle of finding someone reliable on short notice — but Peter came through in a big way. As a local plumber, he was able to come out the same day, which made all the difference. No waiting around for some big company to schedule us in a week later. He got the new water heater installed quickly and professionally, and the price was completely fair. It’s rare to find a tradesperson who’s responsive, skilled, AND honest about pricing. I love supporting a local business. Peter will be my first call for any plumbing needs going forward. Highly recommend to anyone in the area looking to keep their money local!

  Excellent service! Pete installed a new faucet and connected our Kangen water machine quickly and professionally. Very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  We live in Menifee and needed some last minute plumbing help; Pete who is a local business owner in Menifee area (Down’s Plumbing) was here quickly, on time and was great help!! He is very honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He gave a great, fair and low price - unlike the big plumbing company chains trying to take over this area! Don’t use the big guys as they will rip you off!! We highly recommend Pete and his local company if you need an honest plumber who will give you a low price. He was a life saver, we are super happy and will definitely use his services again.

  Best plumbing repair experience I have ever had. He came over right away. Easily fixed the problems. Was reasonably priced. Most important was that he was very nice, professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely use Downs Plumbing again.

  This is an overdue review. Pete has helped me with a couple of plumbing jobs in the past, including one this week. I just had my house improved, and he and James quickly installed 2 toilets, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. No delays, no hitches. I see so many excellent reviews about Downs Plumbing, they are so right. Every time it has been a nice experience: He and James are punctual, knowledgeable, customer oriented, honest and more than fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them, you’ll be taken care of. I’m so lucky I have found them!
