In the three years I’ve lived here, the AC has broken down every single year—each time for a different issue, so nothing is covered under prior repairs. For a relatively new system, this is unacceptable. Their pricing is also 30–40% higher than other local HVAC companies, and they won’t provide estimates upfront—you have to pay a $99 diagnostic fee first. I also attempted to provide feedback but was routed to an AI bot and never received a callback. While the technician was solid, the overall experience has been disappointing. Continuing to use Villara because my builder chose them hasn’t paid off. I’ll be switching to a more reliable and responsive HVAC provider going forward.

Every single time I have a maintenance apt scheduled, I get a text the morning of saying they need to reschedule. When you try and call to speak to someone, an AI chatbot answers. Then, when you want to actually speak to someone, you get put on hold for 5 min only with an option to leave a message
