Have been a long time Villara customer for several years. Technicians call you, arrive on time, complete the job. Used them on 12-18-25 . Technician arrived , gave me a price, which I accepted. The technician was here so I wanted to get the part replaced. No fault of the technician and my mistake for excepting the price. The next day I got a call from Mark asking if everything went okay. Mark sounded like a robot and AI. When I set up the original appointment same thing . I usually talk to a real person . After I explained to Mark I thought the price was over the top, again my fault for accepting it, Mark asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor which I said yes. Later in the day got a call back from I believe her name was Anna ? She was helpful , but could did not know the answer to why the price was so high. I figured a supervisor/ manager would have this information, but she told me Sean would call me back tomorrow which was Saturday the 20th of December. Saturday came and no phone call. Here we are 12-24-25 and no phone call. I was just looking for a breakdown of the prices and how the company calculates the price. I feel this is poor customer service especially for a longtime customer. I hope to stay with this company and will see how the future is with customer service.
Thank you.

Amazing experience. Villara came short notice and fixed the issue of switched zoning in less than 10 minutes. Dino was the guy that came. He was nice and informative of how the HVAC system was wired up.

We called Villara to repair our heating system. The technician, Aurelio Enriquez came in two days later, found the problem and ordered the parts needed. Aurelio slotted us in as soon as the parts came in. He fixed the problem with a minimum amount of down time for us. We really appreciate the timely way Villara repaired our heating system problem. We can always count on Villara for any HVAC issue we may have.

Villara sent someone to my house for a simple job that was from the warranty department, and my house is no longer under warranty. They knew this beforehand. I had to wait one hour after his arrival for him to get a confirmation from some stupid department. All I wanted done was to have the showerhead exchanged and the drain exchanged in my tub, a very simple job. He quoted me a price of $282. I refused to pay it. It is impossible to get a hold of their customer service. They have AI and do not answer the phone personally. Do not ever use this company!
