They charged me $99 bucks for just a simple diagnostic. I had a unique situation and requested to talk to a supervisor as I would not have known if this was a pre existing condition. But he was extremely rude his name was Shawn , disrespectful as well and, simply did not pay attention to what customer said . These people are money minded corporate goons and just want your money and there is no human touch or empathy of any kind. I would get the service done elsewhere and not call them hereafter. The don’t have a basic human courtesy too. We had an appointment between 1 to 5 pm. They kept calling me 4-5 times in the morning at 9 am saying some other tech is freed up and can come to my area now itself and if I am ok with that. 5-6 times would you call for that ? Once or twice I understand and ultimately upon receipt of voicemail I would callback. They sent the tech at 10 am without me knowing and I was about to step out at that time and had to cancel our plans to accommodate him.
But in return what hospitality I got from them is extremely bad. Their customer service sucks big time and supervisors /managers have no empathy or care on how they should be talking . Please stay away and get your HVAC serviced from some sane company/person who values human emotions better !
Also I called them to check for a leak and they told the furnace is ok and they did not do the duct and took no responsibility of checking that and told I can call some other contractor for it. Not at all satisfied in anyways !

Have been a long time Villara customer for several years. Technicians call you, arrive on time, complete the job. Used them on 12-18-25 . Technician arrived , gave me a price, which I accepted. The technician was here so I wanted to get the part replaced. No fault of the technician and my mistake for excepting the price. The next day I got a call from Mark asking if everything went okay. Mark sounded like a robot and AI. When I set up the original appointment same thing . I usually talk to a real person . After I explained to Mark I thought the price was over the top, again my fault for accepting it, Mark asked if I wanted to speak to a supervisor which I said yes. Later in the day got a call back from I believe her name was Anna ? She was helpful , but could did not know the answer to why the price was so high. I figured a supervisor/ manager would have this information, but she told me Sean would call me back tomorrow which was Saturday the 20th of December. Saturday came and no phone call. Here we are 12-24-25 and no phone call. I was just looking for a breakdown of the prices and how the company calculates the price. I feel this is poor customer service especially for a longtime customer. I hope to stay with this company and will see how the future is with customer service.
Thank you.
