  Just recently set an appointment for the regular maintenance of our air conditioner, and we were advised that we had omitted to schedule the furnace maintenance appointment last fall. Decided to have both looked at, and we were able to have back to back appointments for both units on the same day. Andrew Conley, the service technician who came to do the work, was on time, very courteous and professional, and completed both jobs in a timely fashion. He was very good at providing and explaining the diagnostic information about both units, and came across as very knowledgeable about his trade and committed to providing the best service possible. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely suggest asking for Andrew, if he's available for the job.

  Superb service from Mr. Perry Maza (sales) and Mr. Benjamin ("Ben") Gingras (installation) and also Duran (assistant to Ben). We are also impressed that Enercare Winnipeg Supply upgraded our order without charge when the unit we ordered was delayed. Both Perry and Ben took a lot of time to explain the system to us.   Called for a maintenance on the furnace, they were able to give a quick date for service and accommodated my timing availability . The technicians Melandro and Adam took the time to show me and explain what was happening. Turned out needed to be replaced. Brook the sales consultant walked me through the best options for the house. I was very happy with my service today on their professionalism and great customer service.

  We had a leaking outdoor faucet that needed replacing, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Customer service on the phone was impressive—they provided a clear service window, and within an hour Jeff called to introduce himself, explain the work he expected to do, and confirm his arrival time. Jeff showed up right on time, completed the job efficiently, and thoroughly tested everything to ensure there were no leaks or drips. I was very pleased with both his professionalism and the quality of the workmanship and parts used. The pricing was also very reasonable for the work complete
