  This was the first time I used Winnipeg Supply. I was very impressed. When I called they answered the phone promptly and even though they were booked that day they said they could get to me in the evening once their workload abated and as promised they did. My A/C was on the fritz. Last time this occurred in the summer 7-8 years ago it took a few weeks to get someone out to service it with another company. The technician Mel was very helpful and provided me with some tips to help avoid problems in the future. I will use them again and highly recommend them.

  Donny gave exceptional service- on time, very informative, and helped us to make informed decisions about what we needed to fix our concerns. He explained what was wrong and how to ameliorate it. His ability to explain the problems in layman's terms without talking down to us was appreciated. We are looking forward to him coming back to do the work we need done.

  Donny and his team were great!! They found no issues with my AC unit, but to ensure that they didn't waste my time and money, they went out and cleaned the exterior of my unit just to make their visit was worthwhile. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to others looking to have something serviced!!

  Kevin and Ivan arrived promptly and replaced and tested our sump pump. They were polite and professional and wear shoe covers on arrival also tidy and leave a clean work area. Kevin went the extra mile …No built in test capability on new pump so he suggested and attached cord to float so we can test if necessary - this is very much appreciated! Also had fill valve replaced in toilet tested and explained. Thank you for the excellent service provided.

  I called several places off hours on Father's day with a pressing toilet issue. Intake was great. A few hours later Kevin Tieu called and gave me a reasonable heads u for his ETA. I also got a text from the company a bit later telling me he was on his way. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. He also went above and beyond to ensure any other potential issues were addressed and also made sure I was given the right discount when I was squaring up. He checked and corrected it when his tablet calculated it wrong. Kevin also had everything he needed on hand to fix the issue which was amazing because it was 7ish pm on a Sunday. He also took time to tell me about heat pump installation and give me more information on that. Prompt, professional and polite. This entire experience truly made an unwanted situation very easy and low stress. Also I was sent a text to remind me to review from the company and honestly I am really glad I did because I would 100% recommend this company and Kevin again and I definitely am the type to forget to do this!
