  Had a great experience with this store and installation service. Kevin H. was especially friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions, which made everything easy. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring!

  Replaced our kitchen flooring. We selected a rolled vinyl after much comparison shopping. Kevin H from Canadian Carpet Outlet was a flooring professional through and through. He thoroughly discussed alternative products and installation options for us, secured product stock and arranged timely installation all at a fair price. Kevin was completely accessible during the entire process and ensured we where happy with the installation. The installer, Garion was polite, prompt, skilled and clean.

  From carpet selection to installation was a painless procedure. Thanks for your help, Kevin, and also to the installer - he left the rooms spotless before he left.

  Canadian Carpet Outlet scams insurance companies and does shotty work. My mother had a major flood in her house a little more than a year ago, the flooring in the kitchen needed to be replaced. Canadian Carpet Outlet was chosen to do the flooring. They came in quickly and removed all the flooring, but did not return for several months leaving her with just a subfloor (we can look past this). When it came time to choose the flooring my mom initially picked a 1 piece laminate, the owner convinced my mom to use laminate tile for durability and that it was a superior product (it's actually so they could bill the insurance company more). Anyways, almost immediately after completion there were large gaps, and lifting on the tile. My mom reached out to the insurance company who sent Canadian Carpet out to see what the issue was, the company refuses to fix the deficiencies and instead is blaming it on the house shifting. The house is more that 12 years old, and there is no evidence of this in any other area of the home. I highly suggest staying clear of this company. If your insurance company dispatches them, request another company. Below is pictures from the work that is less than a year old.
