- DDdwarner44Aug 31, 20181.0Pretty disappointing. I need to rent a small jackhammer for one day. I went in to rent it about a month ago. When I got there the front desk said someone else had just rented it for a large commercial job and ruined the tile bit. That was a Monday and he said it should be in by Wednesday. I didn’t have time to get back to rent the jackhammer for another month. I figured they’d surely have it by then. Unfortunately, they never ordered the bit. So after delaying my job an entire month, they STILL couldn’t get a replacement bit. Pretty frustrating experience and they have completely lost my business. Incompetence is so frustrating.
