They began with a thorough examination of our existing system and helped us choose the best new heating system for our home. Communication was excellent—every quote, receipt, and scheduling update was shared promptly via email and text. Nak’s team demonstrated deep knowledge and extensive experience. The replacement of our heating system and water tank took about three days, and they even helped us upgrade our thermostat to the latest Nest technology. All experience with them was pleasant, and thanks to their expertise, we now have an amazing heating system. I waited a few weeks after installation to make sure everything was working perfectly, and I can confidently say Nak is a vendor I highly recommend.
