- SSSal SirenoFeb 4, 20261.0Poor customer service.As soon as you step in I’m who you’re looking for but I won’t help you. If you need warranty replacement , you have to pay for the for replacement and then you have to turn in a warranty claim even though the unit was purchased there. I played that game at another HVAC supply house and I didn’t get reimbursed for two months. I will never do business with that HVAC supplier or Ferguson. By law they are bound to exchange bad part for new warranty. Ferguson HVAC supply do not warranty their units they expect the HVAC company to do so and then have to wait to be reimbursed

This is understandable when inventory shows one or two- I always call to confirm. But off by ten? Territory manager says it's likely "especially even numbers, guys count wrong". Mistakes happen, but this is far from the first time. Stuff like this causes problems and wastes time, and to boot, you will NEVER be able to get through to the specific branch because the phone number takes you to a call center who also (surprise!) can't reach the actual branch. If you have other choices in supply houses, do it and avoid Ferguson. Save yourself the headache.
