  The most unprofessional glass company in America! We had these guys install over 40k in windows and skylights. I've left them endless messages over the years in regard's to issues with the windows and installation. They've never returned a single phone call. They do not stand behind their product or installations and could care less about the customer. They should not be in business for such blatant disregard of their customers. Just an awful and unworthy organization!

  I'm a property manager in Mammoth Lakes and was in need of multiple sliding glass doors that got damaged during the 22-23 winter. First of all, I called several times during the month of May and left messages and never even received a call back. I totally understand how busy that time was but a simple call back would have been nice. I called again in June and talked to Jessica. She was very rude and acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling. She told me, "call back in July 2025". Mind you this conversation took place in June of 2023. I called Capital Glass in Reno. They were great over the phone,very well organized and punctual on installation. Country Glass apparently has an inner circle of clients. If you're not part of it, forget it.

  These guys are located in the commercial area near Meridian & 203. I was very excited to find left & right casement window cranks here. The quality looked to be excellent. They were very busy but helpful. I paid $60 for each crank. If I wasn't in a bind, they would have cost $30 online but I'm not sure if they would have been the same quality.

  Steve and Freddy are really awesome installers. Did not cut corners at all. Professional. Country glass thank you for taking my job here at nordica I know my house was not an easy one to do but I'm very appreciative! Your guys went the extra mile on my house and did a fantastic job.

  Had a great experience with Country glass. We don't live in town and thought that arranging the repair would be difficult but they gladly worked around our schedule and the repair was done as promised. Nice people!
