  I search through Angi and redirected me to you guys and after explaining what was wrong with my water heater they said that I am outside the coverage area--- I don't get it it Angi asked for the address and you reach to me and on top of that you already were asking for details about my issue then rejected me... you guys should put the coverage area before asking to many question to end up stating that you cannot do the job

  I have had two air conditioning units replaced over the last twenty years and lee's has been the contractor both times. Of course things have gotten very expensive, but that is beyond their control and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. They were able to diagnose the problem, arrange for financing, and get the installation of a brand new energy efficient rooftop unit all accomplished in a single day, having only been contacted that morning. All of the staff I worked with were extremely friendly and knew their jobs very well. The individual who did the diagnostic was great, as was the individual whot alked to us about financing, and the installers themselves too. Upon completion, I received a package in the mail from Lee's and was very pleasantly surprised to see that it continued a very nice lunch bag and a package of excellent gourmet cookies. I found this to be very surprising and thoughtful, and it was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend you contact them if you need help with your air conditioning, but be careful if trying to schedule online after hours. I believe I was initially purposefully misdirected by google - lee's had nothing to do with this - to schedule an appointment with another vendor, so make sure you know you're scheduling with lee's if that's what you intend. If it is after hours and you want to try lee's, I suggest that you call them first thing in the morning. Thank you Lee's!

  This was the annual maintenance of our HVAC. Severo is always on time, never rushes, and is very thorough. He painstakingly cleans and makes whatever adjustments need to be made to ensure the system works flawlessly. Our HVAC runs like a well-oiled machine!
