  Had service done from USA septic and Ruben did a great job pumping our septic tank. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, the price was fair, and efficient. He made sure both sides of the tank were properly pumped. He also took the time to answer our questions; I really appreciate the honest work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing septic service in high desert.

  Great, all around! JR was here within 30 mins and had the main drain cleared within 30 mins of arrival. That’s without having a main drain line on ground floor. He had to take his equipment upon the roof. But rapidly got it all unclogged. For a great price too. Thanks!!

  USA Septic came out within a day of us calling them to pump and certify a septic tank at a commercial property. They were friendly and easy to work with and they provided the certification the same day! I highly recommend them!

  We had a major back up in the church kitchen after Family Feast last Sunday. Josh Watson and his USA crew came Tuesday morning to assess and work to locate the septic system and then assess the problem: a broken pipe. They had it fixed by Wednesday! Whew! We were able to have church on Wednesday, have the Spanish church meet on Thursday and Friday, host a memorial service on Saturday, and look forward to having church tomorrow. WHEW! You are simply the BEST! We appreciate your expedient, excellent service! Pastor Gary says, in this instance, "A royal flush beats a full house."
