- BDBlake DixonJan 30, 20261.0Workers left wires, wood pieces they cut, and a circuit breaker laying on the ground under my electrical panel. PVC drains coming out from under the gable weren't sealed/caulked in any way. Brand new AC unit came damaged out of the box, nothing that would cause it not to operate but when I am buying a brand new unit, I expect it to be installed without any damage. For whatever reason I bunch of my insulation in the attic was piled up into a corner and left there. Best I got when I called them was a "We're sorry about the garbage and unsealed pipes coming out of the wall and we will order you a new panel for the unit." Theyre using the term "stand up guys" way to freely because nothing about that work was stand up at all. Edit: Dropping this to a one star review. I had this installed in the winter so I hadn't used it yet, I went to turn it on today for the first time and it doesnt even work. No tripped breakers, no blown fuses, just doesnt turn on. This is what I get for trusting someone else to do work on my house. Ive always believed in the "you get what you pay for" saying. But after paying overmarket prices for the worst service I've ever had, I won't be believing that ever again. So thanks guys, fantastic work 😒
