As it's turned out Gallaghers is awesome in all areas..... professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. But the best part (knowing my heater was broken) is they were here the next day AND they're less expensive than two others I've used in the past. 👍

- MOMatthew ONeilDec 29, 20251.04 years after install, the roof started leaking at the unit. 2 bathrooms were damaged. Called out Gallagher. The "roofer" they sent out to repair their mistake admitted that he was not a roofer, and, so far, it seems as though they are not willing to repair the water damage to the bathrooms and all costs will be on me, including the bill they gave me for the fake roofer who did not even fix the leak. I also pay monthly to be part of their special little club and what do I get? A leaky roof, two badly damaged bathrooms, one Gallagher shrug, and more bills. Not happy!!!

- SGSteve GreenleyDec 24, 20251.0Well I gave them my phone number and talked to them about replacing my AC , told them I would touch base and set up an appointment after the holiday, what a mistake they called me 2 , 3 times a day up until 8pm over and over agian even after I told them I talked to them Finally had to block thier number and wouldn't take a unit if they installed if for free
