They’re doing you a favor by being paid by you for their services! Polite voice but impolite scheduling. There’s no one else in Los Banos so they do whatever they want. Beware!

The following letter to Cen-Cal was in appreciation for their installation of last year's whole house Mitsubishi system... It is a pleasure doing business with these good people... Dear Cen-Cal Air, I'm writing to thank you for the exceptional work your team did on planning and installing our whole house Mitsubishi HVAC system. From the beginning and continuing, your advice and guidance proved to be expert, honest and reliable. We've done a lot of extensive remodeling work on this home over more than a decade so we've met contractors in many different trades. And truthfully, still 10 months later, I'm glad to say your office and field staff has been exceptionally professional, thoughtful and thorough both with installation and follow-up. I do considerable in depth research on my own to make informed decisions and I came to admire your patient efforts along the way in optimally resolving any and all of our concerns. From from complex products to final permits, the project was a lengthy and challenging process, so thanks again for consistently friendly and expert service. Best wishes to all your team members!
