  Great professionalism from initial call with Eric through completion of work by Tech Doug. Was not pressured to do more than was requested but was given recommendations. Very personalized service, timeliness, communication. Very good experience and full recommendation for outdoor lighting work.

  Luis was fantastic. Fast and professional. The one thing I wish was that Powell could give you an estimate prior to coming out. I know the service appointment is 99.00 if I don't use the service. But once they are there at your place and give you a quote We felt obligated to get the work done. Just was a bit shocked as it was $499.00 for repairing two outlets. Took the old out and put in two new ones. But I really appreciate Luis and his work he did.

  Had an ancient feed to a garbage disposal with old cloth wiring that was falling apart (the only bit of that wire left). Pointman came out and assessed, and two days later a team of two came and did a new AFCI breaker, line, and undersink box in new conduit/flex from the outside panel in about 3-4 hours. Everything looks great, friendly guys, well-done work. A bit expensive, but I expected that from Powell and just wanted it taken care of.

  Jordan salesman was knowledgeable are presentable . Junior and Abraham arrived on time , professional , staged working area with plastic , had tools and all supplies ready . Very efficient , knowledgeable and installed all 11 smoke alerts . Everything up to code . Powell is a very reliable company and has professional , clean electricians .   My family and I contacted Powell Electric after dealing with multiple independent contractors who all went M.I.A. after realizing the level of work that my grandmother's home needed (which involved a complete replacement of all the circuits in the home given that they largely have not been changed since the 1940s and were starting to present dangerous signs). In hindsight however, we could not be happier with this outcome as it ultimately led us to Junior and Giovanni from Powell Electric. They spearheaded the repair for our home and truly went above and beyond for my family and I. They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They catered to every part of the home and spent hours in the attic and crawlspace (despite the dust, grime and intense heat) to verify that the circuit replacements were all properly secure, functional and up to code. And on top of all this difficult work, they were still receptive to any questions that we had along the way. Additionally, there were multiple instances where my grandmother would be hostile towards Junior and Giovanni due to memory challenges that she is experiencing at her age. Even though my family and I would intervene to remind her who Junior and Giovanni are and why they were there, it warmed our hearts seeing them maintain extraordinary kindness with her. They even made sure to arrange their repair strategy in a way that prioritized her comfort-amenities like her appliances and TV and they also worked magic to replace a portion of wires without having to drill through a particular wall that had wallpaper that she loved. And throughout the entire process, they made sure that she was included in progress updates and decisions. My family and I are beyond grateful to Junior and Giovanni, as well as to Powell Electric for having such incredible technicians like them!
