  I had Midtown Carpet Co. perform a carpet install in 2 rooms in my home. Not only did they do a great job with the install, but every step of the process was great. From the initial bid, through follow-up correspondence, to the installation, Midtown Carpet was super professional and delivered exactly as they said they would. I will definitely use them in the future when I have carpet for flooring related needs and highly recommend them.

  I went to this carpet store for a small home steps project I need led a remnants piece of carpet and padding and tac strip he was very helpful i truly thank.you for the great service I will go back in the future

  Best service so far! The owner is super knowledgeable and really appreciate them taking the time out to explain each materials to you. They were able to complete the consult, measurements and putting down the carpet in less than a week. This was a life saver with our move approaching so close with the installment. So far we love the plush carpets! Super soft and cozy! Pricing also very reasonable.

  I’ve been shopping at Floor & Decor for a while now, and they always come through. Today was another great example — I needed a few boxes of tile to finish a job, but I was short one box and the only stores that had it were hours away. The team here went above and beyond to help. They made phone calls, coordinated with other locations, and got back to me quickly to let me know the box would be delivered to the Woodland Hills store tomorrow. That kind of effort saves me time — and in this business, time is money. Huge thanks to Floor & Decor and the entire staff for always being on top of their game! Big Thanks to Sara and krystelle, always finding a solution.

  We chose Midtown Carpet for our son’s carpet in our new home and I’m so glad we did! They are family run business and very attentive the whole process. There were endless options to choose from and they were helpful in guiding me with what to choose. The carpet came earlier than expected and installation was prompt. We will be heading back for our laminate flooring soon.
