  I can’t say enough good things about Maverick Drains. Santos (the owner) and his team always does an absolutely excellent job from start to finish. They are professional, punctual, and clearly know exactly what they were doing. Santos has done about 5 projects for me and each time his work as been too notch: tiolet removal and installation, burst pipe in slab, water heater, leak detection. The best part is that they arrive quick and know what to do. What really sets them apart is their honesty and integrity. No upselling, no pressure, and absolutely no price gouging, just straightforward, reasonable pricing and solid, high quality work. Santos takss the time to explain everything clearly, answers all my questions, and makes sure I understood my options before moving forward. The work itself was done efficiently, cleanly, and correctly the first time. You can tell they take pride in their craft and genuinely care about their customers. If you’re looking for a plumbing company that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, fair, and professional, Maverick Drains is it. 5 stars all around. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family.

  Santos went above and beyond. It was the first time we used them. Santos was beyond helpful as our son had to meet him while my wife and I were out of town.
