  Our technician, Daniel Valdez, was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful in providing explanations and transparent as to pricing and service options. Also, appreciated ie friendly he was with my kids who were around and curious!

  I’ve been using Adeedo for about 5 years now. Today I was helped by Kyle Uyemura who did maintenance on my water heaters and fixed some questionable piping from the previous owner of my home. Everything was done quick and efficiently, thanks again!

  JW Heating and Air have been a pleasure to work with and I’ve had great experiences with them and their work thus far. Eric Ascencio is one of the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and he has always gone above and beyond to explain everything in great detail and make sure that me and my family are happy with everything. Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of my HVAC system fully breaking down during one of the hottest weeks in SoCal in quite sometime. Not only did Eric come out immediately to evaluate the situation and schedule a project for a new system installation, he was able to have a great crew come out the very next day to get the system installed and my house cooled again. All of the crew members I’ve met have been extremely nice and personable. Aldo Perez was part of the crew for my HVAC installation and, in addition to doing great work, he made sure to be available for any questions I had along the way and did a very detailed walk through with me after the work was completed. I can’t say enough good things about JW and you should not hesitate to hire them for any of your heating and air needs!

  Nate arrived and evaluated my HVAC system as I had wanted it cleaned out due to nearby construction. His findings suggested additions to extend the life of the HVAC, protect it from electrical surges, eliminate biological material, and protect it from future biological material. I am considering which option to start in a week, prior to the next tenant moving in. My original contractor never mentioned anything about upgrading the HVAC system so I wasn't aware of these options or it should have been done at installation. For the next ADU I'm building, I will have the contractor call your company!

  Alex arrived when he said he would arrive, and stayed longer than he was originally meant to stay because he felt there were a few more things he should look at which is admirable. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable. Plus, he was patient with me and my questions which I very much appreciated. He made recommendations which I’m considering, based on where we had to leave his visit. The AC is still not working though all the parts seem to be functional. It has to do with the 24 V requirement reaching. intended components, but not engaging the unit. He seemed to think that it might be a cooling valve issue, and if that is so it would require draining I won’t the coolant, and the R 22 coolant is no longer the standard. Disappointing but not Alex’s Doing. I would be happy to have him back and once again work on my equipment. So please, feed the boy he did a good job. 😎
