I took my loaded trailer to them because the Thermo King reefer was turning on and off every 30 minutes with no reason and not keeping the temperature. They kept it in for 2 hours for emergency testing and charged me $160 and said that everything is OK with the reefer and the problem is because of the load. It will be fine. After that I drove to NM and I still had the problem. I had to stop at other thermo king location and they fixed the issue just changing the air filter and fuel filter. Because of these guys my load was damaged and refused. Now I have a claim on my insurance.

The part was not functioning as it should be so I returned to the garage. They said it was the incorrect compressor, i.e the compressor they had sold me after inspecting the vehicle. They said it would be $600 for labour charges to remove the compressor. A steep price to pay for something that was at least partially their fault for selling me the incorrect compressor to begin with! Jose the customer service rep said they would offer a free oil change for the mistake on their end with the incorrect part selection. After giving the vehicle for them to replace the compressor and removal of the old one, they hadn’t completed the oil change as promised and the vehicle took 2 hours longer than the 10am time they stated it would be completed by.
