  Alex Griego was very informative and provided excellent service. He clearly explained to me the problem with my condenser fan affecting my AC unit. When I gave him my OK, he quickly and expertly began fixing the problem. His clothing was spotless and wore shoe covers when he entered my home. He left the area free of debris. Alex took photos of my equipment and emailed them to me to document the issues. He ordered the required parts and explained the parts should come into to company in 2-3 days and he would call to schedule a return visit for the installation. I highly recommend Alex and JW Heating and Air Conditioning.

  AVOID. These idiots booked me for a service they don’t actually provide, and decided to let me know that they had made that mistake 3 days later, at 5pm th day before the scheduled service, AFTER CONFIRMING 3 times. So they stated they wouldn’t be trying to fix my 2 year old mini-splits, bout they’d be happy to come sell me an entirely new HVAC system?! 4 mistakes and a shakedown. I don’t care who gets on the phone and ‘takes responsibility.’ You’ve wasted days of my time with poorly trained employees and ineffective systems, then you try to sell me something? No excuse.

  I made two appointments from the Lennox website the day before. I figured they weren’t real appointments because they were made so late. JW reached out confirming they received it and someone would be out. Nate arrived a little behind but no big deal because I was advised. He was kind, professional, and extremely patient. I must’ve asked the same question multiple times but he never appeared annoyed. He took as much time as I needed to understand the problem and the repair. I’m grateful he was the one sent to my home. JW keeps its promises from my experience.

  I called a couple of places before giving this business a call. They were able to see me same day, and Roberto B., the specialist who came over, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time both with our system and explaining everything to me in detail. He even drew me a diagram! I appreciated that. It was a complex situation and he was very patient with all my questions. Down the road, we will most likely need more work on our system, and I will definitely be calling Roberto back.

  JW Plumbing stated they had a full schedule the day I inquired for their services, but was able to accommodate us the same day as we requested, which was a big plus. Alex arrived a little after the timeframe arranged, but it was not an issue because of where he was coming from as mentioned by JW Plumbing rep. He was knowledgeable about HVACs and was informative when explaining about it. He was very professional, respectful, and approachable. We inquired with JW Plumbing because we had a rodent that was in our HVAC unit that died because it got caught in the fan when we turned on our heater/air conditioner. He was able to help us with this and cleaning was great. He also explained how often our unit will need to be visited for maintenance. The only thing I didn't feel quite right about was that the advertisement online stated it was $69. According to JW Plumbing rep, it is for diagnostics and as for the other services the maintenance person being sent was going to recommend, the additional cost would depend on what will be recommended or what will be done. We proceeded with the cleaning of the HVAC unit because that's what we needed the services for. Cleaning was great and Alex was able to remove the rodent from the unit successfully. As we were concluding and discussing payments, the cost went up over $200. Per Alex, this includes 2 maintenance visits in the future where JW Plumbing will remind us about when it's time for maintenance visits. We inquired how much it will cost if we didn't pay for the future visits, and Alex stated he computed it and informed us that the cost is higher than how much it would have been if we didn't include the future visits. So we went on ahead and paid the >$200 including the 2 future visits covered. This was not expected and was not explained by JW Plumbing. Maybe there was a lack of transparency or informing upfront about this offer if there is any opportunities for improvement on JW Plumbing's end. Other than that, Alex was very professional and very helpful with any questions we had as we are not very familiar with HVACs. He also helped explain some things we did not understand. We also appreciate very much that they were able to accommodate us the same day of our inquiry as we requested. Thank you, Alex and JW Plumbing!
