They explained what they were suggesting and what they recommended to be done! My nephew was here also and they answered his questions as well! I was very satisfied with their work and when I decide what I am going to do I will be calling them!

We've been struggling with this since then and it always seems to struggle more as it gets colder. One of their techs who came tried tried to tell us the problem was the shower heads we have. WTH?! The tech who came last week said that there's likely an igniter issue (clearly) and would get the part ordered "just in case it keeps happening" so that they'd have it available for us. 7 days later, we're again battling the same issue, and now they tell us that they "just ordered it" and "we'll call you as soon as we get it". I'm LIVID. Now we're 12 days in. In the meantime, NO HOT WATER and it's only getting colder every day. They're about to start paying this water bill too.

Eric also stopped and also recommended the much needed duct cleaning. I went ahead and scheduled for the cleaning. They both also explained the maintenance findings and future needs of my system. Appreciate their service today!
