Eric coordinated everything flawlessly and arranged a replacement HVAC unit. Felipe, David, and Danny arrived early and did a fantastic job installing a brand-new rooftop HVAC unit at my home. Felipe also installed a new thermostat. Highly professional team from start to finish!
- HWHagit WoronaDec 22, 20253.0We suspected a gas leak. Called the gas co., they came said minor issue, tightened connection. Took cover off furnace and was not able to reattach properly. Suggested we call JW. I set up an appointment with JW for mid-year service. We provided filter. Marco spent about half an hour checking the furnace and also could not get the cover to the furnace properly attached. Said it’s ok as is. I called JW to request another service tech to come by and reattach the cover. Roberto came and reattached the door properly. Took 5 min and said I’d needs to be closed correctly.
