  'Sara's Best Plumbing' sent The Best gentleman (Marty) in the past 40 years. The telephone set up was clear and concise.Marty without complaint wove through the 7 buildings and walked up the stairs (3rd floor). Later I drove to our 'vehicle Gate' to let him drive in. He put protective slippers on his street shoes, then listened, to our problem, thought it through, suggested options, reviewed costs, all the time with the civility, thoroughness of the old days. He brought his own tarp to protect my floor, wore slip-ons to keep my white carpet clean, worked hours, had to run out for extra parts, no complaining no "out for a smoke", just smiling, quiet conversation, to replace my original Hot/Cold Faucet. This kind of extra special consideration and skill is so rare these days. I hope people appreciate how fortunate it will be if Marty, is the one to help solve their plumbing problems. Noelle Murphy

  I wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the service of Nick Chavez. I had a very stubborn clog in my kitchen sink drain. Nick was persistent with his technique of using the descaler and camera. It took well over an hour to complete. He laid down protective blankets and there was absolutely no mess. He was very professional and explained his approach to clearing the clog. It was quite enjoyable watching a professional at work. Many Thanks.

  Several months ago, I saw Sara's crew working on a neighbor's house. So when I needed emergency plumbing service, I asked her and found out they had a positive experience. Nick arrived shortly after I called. he looked at the standing water in our shower and bathroom of both bathrooms. He diagnosed the issue right away, presented several options with different levels of pricing and extents of service. Nick was knowledgeable, thoroughly professional, personable, very patient in answering all my questions repeatedly as I was trying to absorb all the new information under stressful circumstances. That helped me make an informed decision. Fernando arrived and worked diligently until the clogs were cleared in both bathrooms by that late afternoon. Over the next 3 days, Nick, Fernando and David worked tirelessly to clean out the sewer line and installed a liner to the city connection as a mitigation measure going forward. In addition to being very proficient, they were also very easy to work with and a pleasure to talk to. I also want to thank Sara, Jessica and Casey (sp?) for keeping me updated and helping me navigate through a difficult situation. We're very happy that we chose Sara's Best Plumbing.

  I had a good experience with Sara’s Best Plumbing. The technician, Chester, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my plumbing situation in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very friendly and professional throughout the visit, which I appreciated. Although I didn’t end up moving forward with the repair, I still wanted to leave a review based on the service I did receive. They were punctual and arrived on time, and I noticed right away that Chester was very clean and respectful of my home—he even wore booties to protect my floors, which speaks to their level of professionalism. The only downside for me was the pricing—it felt a bit high. But given the current economy, I understand that costs are up across the board. Overall, a solid experience with knowledgeable and courteous service. I would consider them again in the future.

  They know exactly what to do, and all their work makes sense. Sara, the owner, personally takes care of every job. In my case, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. All the staff are professional and highly knowledgeable. They are among my top five companies I TRUST to take care of my home.
