  The Family Plumber is reliable, forthright, reasonably priced, responsive, and effective. We give them our strongest recommendation. After purchasing a home, we needed to quickly complete several major and minor repairs. The Family Plumber not only expertly advised us on how to address the issues we encountered, they also resolved problems quickly and enabled us to move in to our new home with confidence in the integrity of our water and gas plumbing. Having someone you can depend on is so important and hard to find, but the Family Plumber delivered.

  Plumber, Alexis, worked on replacing kitchen faucet and repairing leaking pool fill. It took him over 2.5 hours with both jobs in working order. The Family Plumber has always done excellent work around the house with no unnecessary call backs to repair poor plumbing work. Highly recommend this firm with professional and friendly plumbers!

  I had a clogged toilet but all I knew was there was water leaking from upstairs to the living room. The first plumber we called said it was the seal on the toilet upstairs, replaced it, then said the toilet was clogged but he was unable to snake it and wanted to punch a hole in the wall. We then called The Family Plumber; Josh and Alvaro arrived quickly and confirmed there was a clog. They were able to snake it without any structural damage - problem solved! The guys were polite and very clean, both during and after the job. I loved that they put down a mat to keep debris off the floor and wore booties when I expressed concern about the neighbor's carpet (we had to go into her unit). They got the job done right and left the bathroom as clean as when they arrived (maybe cleaner LOL?) I highly recommend The Family Plumber and will ask for Josh and Alvaro again if needed.

  A great company to work with that I would highly recommend! We’ve had several different services performed on our house by technicians from The Family Plumber and each time they’ve done excellent work. They first came when our sewer backed up and our previously used plumbing service was no longer answering the phone. They did a quick clean out and in the meantime we had them give us a quote for a new tankless water heater. After having to put it off several months due to some personal reasons, they did the work for the same price quoted in addition to installing a new Kohler toilet and fixing the guts of an older Kohler toilet. We were very pleased with the job and how nice all of their technicians are. Most recently we used them on the weekend for emergency service when one of our sinks was leaking and were so happy that someone was able to come out! They do charge a fee for emergency service, but ended up just charging us for the parts with no additional cost for labor which we really appreciated!
