  Approximately one year after a faulty installation, the carpet developed a large “ridge”..... about two feet from the wall. It is approximately 3 feet long.... looks like a seam with the carpet pushing together, causing a raised section. After much miscommunication from the vendor, a installer came out to access the issue. He was upset that the area hadn’t been “prepped” beforehand. No one had told me to prep anything. He was supposed to simply diagnose the issue. Icy personality, no people skills and rude. Expected that I would jump through multiple hoops..... moving multiple items. Suffice it to say after several phone calls, no resolution. Consider ANY other carpet vendor before taking a chance with these people!!!!! Well, all this time later.... (2years) Carpet continues to exhibit signs that it is either defective or simply poor quality. Phoned the store to ask a technical question regarding the 15 raised ridges that have developed and was informed that someone would call me back. Got a text from Cheryl telling me that the warranty had expired (I knew that) and listed a couple of referrals to contact. Since I didn’t call on a warranty issue, she just jumped to a wrong conclusion. I wanted to inquire about whether this type of carpet could become loose or stretched, causing the ridges. Proves yet again that a person can’t be taught “people skills”....... you either have them or you don’t. Suffice it to say that I wouldn’t recommend even considering this business, much less patronizing it. ( My name is Ken and I approved this message 😉).

  My experience with Bixby Plaza Carpets was excellent. We had a small window of time to purchase and have carpet installed. I worked with Project Manager Louie Weinmueller in selecting carpet. Louie worked his "magic" and in less than a week our carpet was purchased and installed. The installation crew were courteous , efficient and detailed. We were definitely impressed. We would highly recommend Bixby Plaza and Carpets. Thank you to Louie ... We ❤️ our carpet! -The Weir's
